How do we work?

Of course we would like to know as much as possible about your core business and your activities. We will ask you many questions to get a good overview, mainly to know what the problems are. We usually use methods like Prince2 and Lean followed by Best practices. We offer you an efficient relationship thanks to the constant maintenance carried out by your person of contact. Furthermore OFC has tools to assist you quickly as if we were part of your organization.

Customized consulting services: "You ask and we operate" also known as Time Billing.

A proactive method to carry out a job, in any moment of the working day, following a (pragmatic) advice. Your advantage is that in this way OFC is closely involved in the business management, in your business or institution, and therefore it can be seen as if we were part of your organization.

Consulting services are available with a subscription on a quarterly, six months or a yearly basis. Consulting services are either charged after the project or we agree on a tariff before.

Temporary consulting services
If you need a temporary (project) support, you can use the temporary solution offered by OFC. An agreed period of time, at an agreed tariff, which will be monitored periodically. OFC has certified register managers, as it is a member of the IM-register.

The form of the assignment is either carried out directly or via your favorite supplier.

Consulting services for SMEs
OFC has created an attractive package for (starting) small and medium enterprises . We create the perfect solution on a project basis, which is based on a wide experience with organization, reorganization and structuring of supported processes. OFC implements these projects in a short time, either with a single person or a small team.

Consulting services are charged after the project at a previously agreed reduced tariff.
